Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on destination and courier. Estimated dates are shown at checkout and in your tracking. If an order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels.
How do I track my order?
Use your order or tracking number on our Track Order page for real-time updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Availability, methods, and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
Product & Care
What materials is the SIPPURE cup made from?
The cup uses food-safe, BPA-free components suitable for everyday hot & cold beverages.
Is it fully leakproof?
It’s designed to be secure and splash-resistant for daily use. Keep the cup upright in bags; long horizontal storage may cause leakage.
Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?
Hand-wash recommended to preserve finish and insulation. Do not microwave.
Tips for best hot & cold performance?
Pre-heat with hot water (for hot drinks) or pre-chill with ice water (for cold drinks) for a few minutes before filling, and keep the lid closed.
Returns & Free Return
Do you offer “Free Return”?
Yes—if your delivery country is covered by AliExpress Free Return, you can return an item within 15 days of delivery for “no-reason” returns, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. A local return label is provided and return shipping is covered by the program.
Is there a monthly limit for no-reason returns?
AliExpress sets a limit of up to 5 “no-reason” Free Returns per month per buyer account. This limit does not apply to defective or incorrect items.
My country is not in Free Return—can I still return?
If your region isn’t covered by the program, “change-of-mind” returns aren’t available. We still support returns for damaged/defective or wrong items after approval (we’ll guide you on the process).
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery (or 48 hours for damaged/incorrect items) via the Contact page with your order number and photos/video if applicable. We’ll confirm eligibility and send your RMA plus the correct return label/address.
Who pays return shipping?
In Free Return countries, return shipping for no-reason returns is covered by the program. For approved defective/incorrect items, we cover return or replacement shipping. Outside the program, customer pays return shipping for any approved non-defect returns.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
After the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank times may vary). For exchanges, we’ll confirm stock and ship once processed.
Which items can’t be returned?
Used items or those showing wear not due to transit/manufacture, customized/engraved items (if any), and final-sale items are not returnable.
