Return Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2025

We want you to love SIPPURE. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy reflects our supplier’s terms on AliExpress, including the Free Return program where available.

1) Return Window & Eligibility

  • Free Return (no-reason) – 15 days: If your address is in a country/region supported by AliExpress Free Return, you may return an item within 15 calendar days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. We’ll provide the local return label and the seller bears the return shipping via the program.
  • Limit: AliExpress allows up to 5 “no-reason” Free Returns per month per buyer account. Defective/incorrect items are not counted toward this limit.
  • Countries not covered by Free Return: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We can assist with returns for defective/incorrect items only (see §3).

2) Item Condition

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • Keep the product clean and free from odors, stains, or wear. Items returned in non-saleable condition may be refused.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged/defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping for approved defects/wrong items is covered by us/the program.

4) How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request via the Contact page or email support@sippure.store with your order number and reason (defect/wrong item or “Free Return”).
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility (Free Return coverage, condition) and send your RMA and the correct return label/address.
  3. Timing: Once approved, please hand the parcel to the carrier within 15 calendar days of approval. Include the RMA inside the box.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Free Return countries: Return shipping is provided under the program (no fee to you for no-reason returns within 15 days).
  • Defective/Wrong item: We cover return or replacement shipping after approval.
  • Non-program regions: If a return is approved outside Free Return, you are responsible for shipping back to our supplier’s returns center (address provided after approval).

6) Refunds & Exchanges

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank times may vary).
  • Exchanges: request in your return message; we’ll confirm availability and ship after processing.

7) Non-returnable Items

  • Used items or those showing wear/damage not due to transit/manufacture.
  • Customized/engraved items (if applicable) and final-sale items.

8) Product Care Notes (SIPPURE smart cup / cooler-warmer)

  • Hand-wash recommended to preserve finish and insulation. Do not microwave.
  • Splash-resistant design; not guaranteed fully leakproof if stored horizontally.
