1) Store & Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country/region to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not use our site for any unlawful purpose.

2) Product Information & Safety (SIPPURE Smart Cup)

  • Designed for everyday hot & cold beverages.
  • Safety first: Hot liquids can cause burns. Ensure the lid is properly closed before drinking and keep the cup upright while carrying.
  • Care: Hand-wash only to preserve finish and insulation. Do not microwave.
  • Splash-resistant by design, but not guaranteed fully leakproof if tipped or stored horizontally.
  • Made with food-safe, BPA-free components. No medical or health claims are made.
  • Not intended for use by young children without supervision.

3) Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and promotions may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel and refund you.

4) Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates depend on destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. For timelines and methods, see our Shipping Policy.

5) Tracking

Check real-time shipment status on our Track Order page using your order number or tracking number.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Defects

Please review eligibility windows and steps in our Return Policy before sending any item back. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and photos—we will make it right.

7) Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

Except where required by law and as described in our policies, products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted, SIPPURE disclaims implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SIPPURE and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (brand name SIPPURE, logos, images, text) is the property of SIPPURE or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

10) User Content (Reviews)

If you submit reviews or comments, you grant SIPPURE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our store and marketing channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.
