Methods & Destinations

  • We ship to many countries via reliable tracked services (e.g., AliExpress Standard Shipping or equivalent).
  • Express options (DHL/UPS/FedEx) may appear at checkout when available.
  • Costs and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your address.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard tracked: about 7–15 business days (remote areas may take longer).
  • Express (if available): about 3–7 business days.

Note: Estimates aren’t guarantees and can be affected by customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Any import duties/VAT are decided by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility. We can’t predict or control these fees.
Address Changes
Need to update the address? Contact us before dispatch via the Contact page. We can’t edit the address after shipment.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we can reship (extra shipping fee) or refund the item price once received back in good condition. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Delays & Lost Parcels
If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days or the parcel exceeds the estimate by 10 business days, contact us—we’ll investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced or refunded when possible.
